How close to the start of the mission can I register for it?
At least 4 weeks before the start of the trip. Exceptions may be approved under certain circumstances.
Can I come on my own?

It has never happened before, so don't be afraid to come with 40 people or more.

Ferry or bridges?
It depends entirely on where you are starting from. Ferry: + you can relax - cost; duration Bridges: + cheaper; shorter - longer distance

Travel by car or by plane?
By car, definitely! Traveling by plane is also possible in exceptional cases and by arrangement. Why? Traveling by plane involves additional effort for the team on site.
Since we are a large group, we are planning to travel by bus. Does that make sense?
Since we need to be mobile in small teams in Sweden, we advise against using a bus. It would be wise to either travel in your own cars or rent vehicles in order to be flexible and efficient.
What is the best day and time for arrival/departure?
You should ideally arrive on Sunday from 6 p.m. (dinner) and depart on Saturday after breakfast.

About your stay

What does the daily routine look like?
The day begins with breakfast together and a devotion. Afterwards, groups are divided up according to area so that they can quickly set off. At lunchtime, everyone either meets for lunch and then drives back to the distribution points, or eats the packed lunches prepared in the morning. The evening can be spent in various ways, for example packing the Bibles.
Where will we distribute the Bibles?
In 2026, distribution will be concentrated in Stockholm. We will let you know exactly which district shortly before.
Wie viel Freizeit hat man während des Projektes?
As a basic rule, distribution takes place from breakfast until dinner. If Bibles still need to be packed after dinner, this takes priority. If there is no work to be done, you can fill your time with leisure activities. Sunday is a day off!
What other tasks are we expected to handle?
Basically, your serving heart will be needed at all times. Specific tasks may include: - Logistics (delivering Bibles, etc.) - Packing Bibles - Street outreach
Where and how will we sleep?
Mainly in local church buildings under very basic conditions. So if you expect more comfort, we recommend staying in a hotel. As the churches do not have the required number of beds, everyone needs to bring a sleeping mat and sleeping bag. Alternatively, a camp bed is also suitable.

What costs can we expect?
The group pays both travel and meal costs. There is a flat rate for meal costs (see below). There are no accommodation costs! Here is the daily rate: 3-12 years old - €10/day per child 13 years and older - €15/day per person
After registering, what is the best way to communicate with the people in charge?
